Sooo bed was being hard for me last night so I decided, how do I use up a lot of energy really fast? Well, heavy breathing is a good way to do that. Decided to whip out the vacbag for an old fashioned breath vac run. This vacbag has multiple issues that work in my favor for safety (I wouldn't have done this without testing both) 1. It has a known small leak in the zipper and it is extremely easy to create leaks by not sealing the zipper properly. The small leak is enough to get air in slowly 2. As with most vacbags the valve is very pressure sensitive to a fingertip pressing out on it. Another strategic maneuver I use is keeping my hands and feet close to the zipper, particularly my hands. My legs are more a backup method where I would use mass energy of my pelvis to pull the zipper open. That said the session went exactly as planned, I tested my ears and sinuses, they're not ready for formal vacuum powered vacbag sessions yet. Testing will continue with breathvac sessions
That said I know some dumb people might watch this and think "THAT LOOKS FUN LET ME TRY IT"
At the very least, do some de-risking
1. dont use a vacuum cleaner
2. keep your hand or tongue near the valve piece at all times
3. use a leaky bag or intentionally create and test a leak before going full pressure (Your lungs can generate a very tight pressure level! BreathVac play is very underrated, that said it is something best done under observation of a trained observer who can respond in a situation where self escape may be hindered or impossible.)
